A hard copy of the filled form with self-attested documents and two Passport-size photos must reach the Office of the District & Session Judge, Judicial Courts Complex, Sectored 76, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali)-160071 by 17.05.2025 (5.00)

• Fill out the Application form Through the Online mode by: 5.00pm on May 15, 2025

Submission of Hard Copy:

• After completing the online Application, Tate a printout of the Filled form
• Attach self-attested copies of relevant testimonials, including:
• Prof of Age
• Education Qualifications
• Experience Certificate (If any)
• Two recent Passport size Photographs
• Ensure that the hard Copy of the Application, along with the attached documents, reaches the following address by 5.00 PM on May 17, 2025.
