Selection Porcess- 

1. Online Written Test

• Format Objective-Type Questions
• Total Marks: 120
• Duration: 2 Hours
• Sections:
  • English Language
  • Banking Knowledge
  • General Awareness/Economy
  • Computer Aptitude
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer

2. Screening:

• Verification of candidates work experience eligibility criteria.

3. Personal Interview:

• Shortlisted candidates form the written test will be called for an interview
• Assessments Areas:
  • Domain knowledge
  • Communicating skills
  • Suitability for the role

4. Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

• Candidate who hasn’t studied the local language in their 10th or 12th grade must clear this test.
• This test assesses the candidate’s proficiency in the regional language of the state they are applying for.

5. Final merit list

• The final selection will be based on the combined performance in the written test and interview

6. Weight age:

• • Written test: 70%
  • Interview: 30%

Education Qualification:

• Graduation (a Discipline) with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidate with MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA or equivalent.

Experience:

• • At least 4 years of experience in Banking/Financial institutions in MSME/Corporate Credit.

Job Type

• Contract Period

  • Initially for 3 years, extendable based on performance and banks’ requirement.
  • Fixed Monthly Salary + performance -linked incentive (As per bank policy)
