ਨੋਟ:-  ਜਦੋਂ ਕੈਂਡੀਡੇਟ ਦੀ ਐਡਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਤੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਡਿਪਾਰਟਮੈਂਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਾਊਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਉਦੋਂ ਉੱਥੇ 1000 ਰੁਪਏ ਐਡਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਫੀਸ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਜਿਸਦੀ ਬਕਾਇਦਾ ਰਸ਼ੀਦ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇੱਥੇ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਜਾਂ ਆਫਲਾਈਨ ਕੋਈ ਫੀਸ ਪੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਹੈ।

Age Limit 

• Age Limit : Below 30 Years
• (Age relaxation will be applicable as per Punjab
  Government norms for SC/BC category candidates)

Selection Porcess- 

• Aggregate percentage in Senior Secondary Examination
• In case of Tie:
  1. Older Candidate will be given preference.
  2. If still tied, preference will be given based on higher aggregate
  

• 12th pass Students in any Stream with Minimum 50% Marks for General Category & 45% for reserved Category Candidate of SC/BC.
• A Candidate Must Medically Fit.

1. Download the Application Form

Navigate to the “Application Form (Diploma in Meditation and Yoga Sciences)” dated 21-05-2025.
Download and print the form.
2. Fill out the Form
Complete the application form with accurate personal and academic details.
3. Attach Required Documents
Include photocopies of:

• Educational certificates and mark sheets

•  Proof of identity (e.g., Aadhaar card)

•  Passport-sized photograph

4. Select Satellite Centre
Indicate your preferred Satellite Centre at serial No. 11 on the application form.
5. Submit the Application
Submit the complete form and documents:

  Floor, Chandigarh – 160022
•  By Post: Send to the above address.

6. Last Date to Submit Admission Application Form
Ensure your application reaches by 02.06.2025.
