1. Clerk

Number of Posts: 32

Nature of Job: Ad-Hoc basis (initially for six months or until regular appointments are made)

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts of Science form a recognized University
• Must have passed Punjabi up to Metric Level.
• Proficiency in Computer operations (Word Processing and Spreadsheet).

Selection Process:

• Written Test (English Composition and General Knowledge)
• Computer Typing Test

Stenographer Grade-III

Number of Posts: 15

Nature of Job: Ad-Hoc basis (initially for six months or until regular appointments are made)

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts of Science form a recognized University.
• Must have passed Punjabi up to Metric Level.
• Proficiency in Shorthand and Typing in English (Speed of 80 wpm in Shorthand and 20 wpm in transcription).
• Proficiency in Computer operations.

Selection Process:

• Shorthand and typing Test
• Computer Proficiency Test
