1. Digital Products Policy
All products available on Punjab Job Station (including PDFs, E-books, and study materials) are Digital Products. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be “returned.” Therefore:
All sales of digital products are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the download link is generated or delivered.
2. Cancellation Policy
Digital Orders: Since access to digital content is granted immediately after payment, orders for PDFs/Digital files cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful.
Service Orders: If you have booked a specific service, cancellations are only accepted if requested within 12 hours of the transaction and before any work has commenced.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may process a refund in the following rare cases:
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, we will refund the duplicate payment after verification (within 5-7 working days).
Technical Failure: If your payment was successful but you did not receive the download link, and our support team is unable to deliver the file to you manually within 48 hours.
4. Delivery of Products
Upon successful payment, you will typically receive an automated download link. If you face any issues:
Please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder.
If the file is corrupted or not opening, contact us immediately for a fresh copy.
